Anglican Camping Tasmania runs safe, fun and gospel focused camps. See below for the camps we are running throughout the year.

All ACT camps are run in line with the Government’s most up to date COVID-19 guidelines. As such, there may be changes that we’ll have to make so that we can keep all those involved and our communities safe. If you have questions, please contact us through the website.

 

LiT 2024. Grades 9-12.


April 15-18, 2024.


Location: Blue Lagoon Christian Camp, Dodges Ferry.

Directors: Kristy and Alastair Crouch

 Leaders in Training (LiT) is an awesome camp for youth in Years 9 - 12 in 2024 at Blue Lagoon Christian Camp, Dodges Ferry. You will meet fantastic friends and have a brilliant time but it’s also pretty challenging. We are going to push you hard to think about your faith and how you can use your gifts for the glory of God.

The whole week is about growing you as a Christian, as a leader and as a servant of Jesus and His people. Your rego fee includes a LiT t-shirt and all materials for the week. If you require sponsorship or money is an issue PLEASE email us. We want every young person in Tasmania to hear about Jesus.
If you love Jesus and are passionate about serving Him with your whole life then LiT is definitely for you.

VIBES Grades 9-12 (2023 school year)


Date: January 14-18, 2024


Location: Spring Beach Youth Convention Centre

Message your best mates and prepare to vibe out this summer! Vibes is the way you want to spend your summer after a long school year, by putting your feet up and getting sand between your toes.

You can expect 5 days of relaxing, enjoying the campsite, good food, and the beach.

Bring your mates and make some new ones! 

There will be space for your questions, space to relax and space to stretch your legs.

 

Huon: Grades 9-12 (2024 school year).


January 3-8, 2024.


Location: Judbury, Huon Valley.

Director: Tim Wherrett
Cost: $340
Experience the thrill and excitement of white water kayaking in the Tasmanian wilderness, develop deep relationships, and explore who you are and who God is. No previous experience necessary.  
Led on the river by a team of nationally certified kayaking instructors, join us as we embark on a series of river trips, returning each evening to our bush camp on the banks of the Huon River where our camp cooks will have prepared a hearty warm meal to share together.
Each day has plenty of opportunity to make new friends and know your existing friends better. We will take time to explore the deeper issues of life, who God is and what it might look like to live the good life.

Mayfield Grades 7-9 (2024 school year).


January 10-15, 2024.


Location: Little Swanport, East Coast Tasmania.

Directors: Rebecca Green and Joel Verdouw
Cost: $300

A completely outdoor camp, at Mayfield you will experience sleeping in tents, cooking over fires and paddling in the bay, all while exploring who God is and how you can know Him.

 

Burst Grades 3-6 (2024 school year).


January 10-14, 2024.


Location: Blue Lagoon, Dodges Ferry Tasmania.

Cost: $395

Join us for a fun, action-packed camp! We will be hanging out with old friends, and making new ones. Together we will spend time playing games, singing songs, swimming at the beach, and heaps more! And most importantly, we'll be learning more about our Great Big God. See you there!
